ABOUT US

"We Are All Minutemen Now" was established by Tony Dolz.
Tony is one of the founding members of the Minutemen. He is also a candidate for the California 41st Assembly District. Tony established this website to celebrate the fact that from a small group of dedicated patriots who put their lives on the line in April of 2005, a popular civilian volunteer movement was born. This movement is now mainstream.
A majority of the American people now heading into the November 2006 election are prepared to hold the politicians responsible for all the harm their dereliction of duty has caused our country. Enjoy your new status as a member of a powerful and growing force in American politics and in helping forge the history of this great nation.

A LITTLE BACKGROUND
Our government has left no stone unturned in the war on terrorism. We have thousands of boots on the ground and spend hundreds of billions defending foreign borders while leaving control of our borders to criminal drug cartels doing a thriving $140 billion dollar business and bribed politicians and law-enforcement personnel. This curious contradiction is caused by cheap-labor profiteers' requirement that our borders remain unsecured in order to allow over 5000 foreign nationals, some of them potential terrorists and known criminals, to violate our borders daily. The ever-increasing number of illegal workers drives down American worker's wages and drains the pockets of the tax-payers and bankrupts our communities. The profiteers and the politicians that work for them are responsible for the menace of 12 to 20 million illegal and unassimilated aliens in the United States today. We Americans value our freedom and we love our country. Just as Paul Revere did 230 years earlier, a brave group of Americans, the modern-era Minutemen, risked their lives and put aside consideration of their personal fortunes to come to the aid of their country. On April 1st of 2005, 1000 men and women representing a cross-cut of the many native, new and old immigrant stock that built this country came from all corners of our country to the Arizona desert to demand that our government secure our borders and enforce existing immigration law. From hardly a word of our border security problems a year ago, the polls show that over 70% of Americans today are very concerned and outspoken about border security and illegal immigration. From a small initial group of men and women in the Arizona desert, a movement was born, the modern-day Minutemen. Now a whole nation has been alerted to our border security problem and a host of dangerous and costly related problems.
We are now the majority. WE ARE ALL MINUTEMEN NOW!
